The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26th May 2020, a dividend of 2.50 pence per share will be paid on 17th June 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5th June 2020.
