Subject: Dividend Declaration.
DRIP Suspension:
In relation to the dividend announcement released 26 November 2008, confirming the Company's move to a monthly dividend payment schedule, F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited wishes to announce that the dividend reinvestment plan will be suspended following the payment of the third interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2008, due to be paid 31 December 2008.
4th Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2008:
The Company today announces its fourth interim dividend payment in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2008, of 0.5 pence per share as per the schedule below:
Ex-Dividend Date: 14 Jan 2009
Record Date: 16 Jan 2009
Pay Date: 30 Jan 2009
The revised dividend payment schedule will see the Company pay further monthly interim dividends in February and March 2009 and its final interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2008 during April 2009
