Chenavari Declares Dividend for the Quarter ended 30 September 2016

The Company is pleased to announce the payment of a dividend of 1.50 pence per ordinary share for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 September 2016.

The dividend will be paid on 12 December 2016 to holders of ordinary shares recorded on the register as at close of business on 4 November 2016.

This dividend brings the total for the financial year to 30 September 2016 to 7.5 pence per ordinary share, unchanged from the previous year. The quarterly dividend is less than previous quarters this financial year in order to retain unencumbered cash, to meet potential margin calls on foreign exchange derivatives.
