The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a second interim (final) dividend as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date * 17 September 2015

Record Date ** 18 September 2015

Pay Date 30 September 2015

Dividend per share 14.30p

There will also be a special dividend as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date * 17 September 2015

Record Date ** 18 September 2015

Pay Date 30 September 2015

Dividend per share 11.40p

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.

** Shareholders must be on the Hargreaves Lansdown plc share register on this date to receive the dividend.
