Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025

Further to the announcement earlier today of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 53.9p per ordinary share will be paid on 2 July 2026 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 22 May 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 21 May 2026.

The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00p.m. (UK time) on 11 June 2026.
