Further to the Annual Results Announcement this morning, Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company"), confirms that the timetable in respect of the proposed final dividend of 10.3 pence per share and the special cash payment of 10.0 pence per share, subject to shareholder approval, as follows:

Record Date: Friday 30 October 2015

Payment Date: Friday 20 November 2015
