Andrews Sykes Group PLC24 April 2008 Andrews Sykes Group plc (the "Company") Second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2008 24 April 2008 The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") are pleased toannounce that they have today declared a second interim dividend of 27.1 penceper ordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Thereare currently 44,552,865 Ordinary Shares in issue and so the total dividendpayable is £12,073,826. The second interim dividend will be paid on 16 May 2008 to shareholders that areon the register on 2 May 2008 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex dividend on30 April 2008. The Board of Directors intend to announce the results for the period ended 31December 2007 on 1 May 2008 and copies of the statutory accounts will bedistributed to shareholders shortly thereafter.
