DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 9.42p per share to A Share Class Shareholders and 79p per share to B Share Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 10 March 2023 to A Share Class Shareholders and B Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 February 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 16 February 2023.
