888 Holdings plc30 April 2007 Dividend Declaration 888 Holdings Public Limited Company ("888") 888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment companiesannounces that its board of directors have recommended the payment of a finaldividend of 8.88 cent per share in respect of the year 2006 to holders of 888'sordinary shares. Subject to shareholder approval of the dividend at the Annual General Meeting of888 to be held on 30 May 2007, the board of directors have approved a recorddate of 11 May 2007 and a payment date of 31 May 2007. The shares will be quotedex-dividend on 9 May 2007.
