The Company announces that the next dividend payment on the Company's 7.375% cumulative irredeemable preference shares of £1 each ("Preference Shares") will be on 3 April 2023. The associated ex-dividend and record dates are 16 March 2023 and 17 March 2023 respectively. 

Dividend: in the gross amount of £4,609,375.00 / £0.036875 per Preference Share

Ex-dividend date: 16 March 2023

Record date: 17 March 2023

Payment date: 3 April 2023
