Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. hereby informs, that havingreceived the positive opinion of the Supervisory Board, it will submit to theGeneral Meeting the proposal of the dividend payment for 2005 in the amount ofPLN 7.40 per 1 share, i.e.15,6 % higher in comparison with dividend for 2004paid in the amount of PLN 6.40 per 1 share. The date of dividend's day, proposedto General Meeting, is 19th of May, 2006 and the dividend's pay-out day is 2ndJune, 2006.
