The Directors of the Company have declared that an interim dividend will be payable to holders of Ordinary Shares as follows in respect of the three month period ended 30 September 2017:

Payment Date: 24 November 2017
Dividend per Ordinary Share: 1.5 pence
Dividends will be paid gross of tax.
