Dividend Declaration

Dublin, London, 24 February 2015 | Further to the publication of the interim results on 23 February 2015, the Board of Green REIT Plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 0.92 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 20 March 2015 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 5 March 2015.
