ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
9 June 2021
The Board of Gabelli Value Plus+ Trust Plc announces that an interim dividend of 0.2 pence per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors in relation to the period from 1 April 2021 to the date of the General Meeting. The dividend is payable on 2 July 2021 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 18 June 2021 (ex-dividend date is 17 June 2021).
The dividend is being paid in order to ensure that the Company meets the distribution requirements to maintain investment trust status during the period from 1 April 2021 to the date of the General Meeting
