Dividend Declaration

STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND

As announced on 2 August 2012, an interim dividend for 2012 of 9.90 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 30 October 2012 to shareholders whose names appeared on the Register at the close of business on 12 October 2012. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 6.13 pence per share.
