Interim dividend declaration

The Company announces an interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2020 of 1 cent per ordinary share payable to those shareholders on the register on 29 May 2020.

The dividend will be paid in sterling and the sterling dividend rate will be announced in due course.

The following dates will be applicable to the dividend:

Ex-dividend date - 28 May 2020

Record date - 29 May 2020

Payment date - 26 June 2020
