Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011

The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 6.6 pence per ordinary share of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") was declared at a board meeting of the Company held on 8th November 2011. There are currently 42,699,588 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £2,818,173.
The interim dividend will be paid on 1st December 2011 to shareholders on the register on 18th November 2011 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 16th November 2011.
