P2P Global Investments plc (the "Company")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

On 27 April 2018, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of 12p per ordinary share for the three month period to 31 March 2018. The dividend was covered by income of 5.87p, from Company's revenue reserve, and 6.13p from the special distributable reserve, 2.57p of which relates to accretion from the Company's share buybacks in the period.

The dividend will be paid on 18 June 2018 to shareholders on the register as of 11 May 2018. The ex-dividend date is 10 May 2018.

The Company has elected to designate all of the interim dividend for the three month period to 31 March 2018, as an interest distribution to its shareholders. In doing so the Company is taking advantage of UK tax treatment by "streaming" income from interest-bearing investments into dividends that will be taxed in the hands of shareholders as interest income.

No tax will be deducted at source from the interest distribution paid on 4 June 2018, or from future interest distributions following changes to the taxation of dividends effective from 6 April 2017.

The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 25 May 2018.
