Dividend Declaration
Playtech (AIM:PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce a Final Dividend of 9.4 € cents per ordinary share following the release of its annual results for the year ending 31 December 2010.
The dividend will be payable 3 June 2010 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 30 April 2010. The ex-dividend date is 28 April 2010. Currency election forms will be posted to shareholders on 6 April 2010 and must be returned by 7 May 2010. For any shareholders who elect to receive their dividends in sterling the conversion exchange rate from Euros will be set on 30 April 2010.
