Declaration of Dividends

The Directors of JPMorgan Elect plc have declared the following dividends:

Managed Growth Shares

A second quarterly interim dividend of 2.55 pence per Managed Growth share, in respect of the year ending 31st August 2017, will be paid on Wednesday 22nd March 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17th February 2017 (the ex dividend date will be 16th February 2017).

Managed Income Shares

A second quarterly interim dividend of 0.85 pence per Managed Income share, in respect of the year ending 31st August 2017, will be paid on Wednesday 22nd March 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17th February 2017 (the ex dividend date will be 16th February 2017).

Managed Cash Shares

The Directors have not declared a quarterly interim dividend in respect of the Managed Cash portfolio.
