DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
At the Company's Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting held on Monday 23rd June 2008, the following resolution was adopted:
"THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors a final dividend of MK352.80 million representing MK3.20 per share in respect of the year ended 31st December 2007 be and is hereby declared as the final dividend payable on Friday 15th August 2008 to those shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 11th July 2008"
As no interim dividend was paid in respect of the year 2007 the final dividend of MK352.80 million representing MK3.20 per share is the total dividend paid in respect of 2007 profits.
