Dividend Declaration

The Board of JZCP (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 15 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the year ended 29 February 2016, with the following details:

Following the payment of an interim dividend amounting to 16 cents per Ordinary share for the period ended 31 August 2015, the above dividend has been calculated in line with the Company’s policy of distributing approximately 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value (“NAV) for the year ended 29 February 2016.

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 20 May 2016. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
