Chenavari Declares Dividend for Quarter ended 30 September 2015

The Company is pleased to announce the payment of a dividend of 2.95 pence per ordinary share for the quarter 1 July 2015 to 30 September 2015. This dividend represents the final quarter of the Company's financial year and is intended to ensure that the Company distributes all its realised revenue from investments, net of expenses, by way of dividends for the year to 30 September 2015.

The dividend will be paid on 27 November 2015 to holders of ordinary shares recorded on the register as at close of business on 30 October 2015.

The Company expects to continue to pay quarterly dividends of at least 2.0 pence per ordinary share for the next two quarters.
