JZ CAPITAL PARTNERS LIMITED (the "Company" or "JZCP") (a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Guernsey with registered number 48761) Dividend Declaration 12 May 2015 The Board of JZCP (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it hasapproved the payment of a dividend amounting to 17.5 cents per Ordinary share,which will be payable by the Company in respect of the year ended 28 February2015, with the following details: Ex-Date 21 May 2015Record Date 22 May 2015Pay Date 12 June 2015Dividend per Share 17.5 cents (US Dollar) Following the payment of an interim dividend amounting to 15.00cents per Ordinary share for the period ended 31 October 2014, the abovedividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV) forthe year ended 28 February 2015. Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividendpayments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limitedbefore close of business on 22 May 2015. Failure to make this election willresult in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have electedto receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interimdividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
