Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC28 September 2005 Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC ("Brewin Dolphin" or "the Company") Second interim dividend for the year ended 30 September 2005 The Directors of Brewin Dolphin announce that the Company will pay a second interim dividend of 2.5 pence per share making a total for the year of 4.5 pence, a 29% increase over 2004. Trading in the second half of the year has been at the top end of expectations. The dividend will be paid on the 25 October 2005 to shareholders on the register on the 7 October 2005.
