Dividend Declaration

M&C Saatchi plc, is pleased to announce that the Board has decided that it is in the interests of shareholders as a whole to pay a second interim dividend of 2.75p per ordinary share of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Share") in the current tax year, instead of declaring a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2009.

This gives a total dividend for the year of 3.62 pence (2008: 3.62 pence). The second interim dividend will be paid on 1 April 2010, to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 March 2010. The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 March 2010.

The Board anticipates that future dividend payments will be paid in line with the Company's normal dividend payment schedule.

The Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be announced on 25 March 2009.
