The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has received approval from H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the 1.25 pence per share dividend (0.9 pence to be paid out of revenue profits and 0.35 pence from realised capital gains) as set out in the announcement on 12 May 2008.

 

This dividend will be paid on 8 August 2008 to shareholders on the register on 11 July 2008.
