DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
At the Company's Thirty First Annual General Meeting held on Friday 26th June 2015, the following resolution was adopted:
"THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors, a final dividend of MK1,081.8 million representing MK9.00 per share in respect of the year ended 31st December 2014 be and is hereby declared payable on Friday 21st August 2015 to those Shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 31st July 2015."
An interim dividend of MK420.7 million representing MK3.50 per share was paid on 24th October 2014. This, plus the final dividend of MK1,081.8 million representing MK9.00 per share, makes a total dividend of MK1,502.5 million representing MK12.50 per share to be paid to Shareholders for the year ended 31st December 2014.
