Proven Growth & Income VCT PLC15 March 2007 ProVen Growth & Income VCT plcDividend Declaration15 March 2007 Following another profitable investment realisation, the Board of Proven Growth& Income VCT plc is pleased to announce the declaration of a further interimdividend to Ordinary Shareholders in respect of the year ended 28 February 2007of 7p per share. The company is also declaring an interim dividend to C Shareholders in respectof the year ended 28 February 2007 of 2p per share. Both dividends will be paid on 5 April 2007 to Shareholders on the register at23 March 2007. As a result of these dividends, the Board is not expecting topay final dividends for the year ended 28 February 2007.
