Dividend Dates

Wilmington Group plc announces that it will pay its interim dividend of 3.5p per share on 7 April 2011 to shareholders on the register as at 11 March 2011. This amends the register date of 10 March 2011 previously announced in our Interim Management Report issued on 24 February 2011.
