DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company confirms the pounds sterling equivalent dividend payment payable in respect of the interim dividend announced on 2 October 2025:

US dollar dividend - 1.0 US cent per share

Exchange rate - 0.749732 GBP:USD

Shareholders who have submitted a valid currency election to receive dividend payments in US dollars will receive 1.0 US cent per share.

Absent any election to the contrary, other shareholders will receive a dividend payment of 0.749732 pence per share.

The dividend will be paid on 30 October 2025 to shareholders of record as of 17 October 2025.
