On 8 October 2020, Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") announced a dividend of US$0.02 per ordinary share to be paid on 6 November 2020 and the Final Currency Election Date of 19 October 2020 for shareholders who wished to elect to receive the dividend in Sterling rather than in U.S. Dollars.
The Company today announces the Sterling dividend payable on 6 November 2020 will be 1.5089784216 pence per ordinary share. The Sterling dividend amount payable in cash was converted on 29 October 2020 at an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.3254.
