DIVIDEND CURRENCY AND ELECTION

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company advises that further to its announcement on 2 October 2025, absent any valid election to the contrary, shareholders (both holding in certificated and uncertificated form (CREST members)) will receive their dividends in pounds sterling by default. The pound sterling equivalent dividend payment will be announced on 22 October 2025.

Shareholders who prefer to receive dividends in US dollars (USD) can elect to receive USD by completing a form that can be downloaded at www.avation.net/dividends.html.

To be processed, the currency election form should be received by 20 October 2025 by Computershare Investor Services PLC, to the address set out in the form, or can be emailed to [email protected].
