DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

AA plc, the UK's leading provider of roadside assistance, announced its results for the year ended 31 January 2018 on the 17 April 2018 and proposed a final dividend of 1.4p per share for which the key dates are as follows:

· Ex-dividend date: 3 May 2018

· Record date: 4 May 2018

· Payment date: 12 June 2018

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval which will be sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 June 2018.
