Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the period 1 April 2012 to 30 June 2012 of GBP 0.017 (a total amount of GBP 679,439). The dividend is to be paid on 21 September 2012 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 August 2012. The ex dividend date is 29 August 2012.
