Ordinary Dividend for ERII LN (the Cell shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary Cell dividend for the period 1 July 2012 to 30 September 2012 of EUR 0.032 (a total amount of EUR 1,278,943). The dividend is to be paid on 31 December 2012 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 December 2012. The ex dividend date is 5 December 2012.
