Prodesse Investment Limited20 September 2007 20 September 2007 PRODESSE INVESTMENT LIMITED Interim Dividend for the Period from 1 July 2007 to Date In order to mitigate any dilution in the dividend per share as a result of theproposed issuance of new ordinary shares, Prodesse Investment Limited hasdeclared an interim dividend for the period from 1 July 2007 to date, based uponmanagement accounts and broadly in line with the Company's stated payout policy,of US$0.16 per share payable on 15 November 2007 to holders on the register on28 September 2007. Subscribers in the new issue of ordinary shares will notreceive this dividend. Dividends are calculated and paid in US dollars. This isnot a profit forecast for the period to 30 September 2007.
