The following announcement amends the payment date of the final dividend from 29 October to 28 October 2010. The record date is unchanged at 1 October 2010.
Amendment to Dividend Payment date
Oxford Instruments plc confirms that shareholders have approved payment of a final dividend of 6p per ordinary share for the year ended 31 March 2010. This is to be paid on 28 October 2010 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 1 October 2010.
