Trading Emissions PLC (the "Company") announces a distribution of capital to Shareholders of 1.0 pence per Share, equivalent to approximately £2.5 million ("the Distribution"). The Distribution will be paid on 20 September 2017 to Shareholders recorded on the register on 8 September 2017. The Shares will be marked ex on 7 September 2017.
