Trading Emissions PLC (the "Company") announces a distribution of capital to Shareholders of 2.5 pence per Share, equivalent to approximately £6.25 million ("the Distribution"). The distribution will be paid on 13 January 2017 to Shareholders recorded on the register on 30 December 2016. The Shares will be marked ex on 29 December 2016.
