Distribution of Capital from the Share Premium Account Completed

Ho Chi Minh City - VinaLand Limited, the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target strategic segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, announces today that following the Company's announcement on 16 November 2018, it has successfully distributed approximately USD45.45 million or USD31 cents per ordinary share (the "Distribution") from the Company's share premium account to shareholders on the register on 30 November 2018.
