Entertainment One Ltd20 September 2007 ENTERTAINMENT ONE AND SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCE THREE YEAR MULTI-TERRITORY DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT Entertainment One (LSE:ETO), a leading international filmed entertainmentdistributor, today announces it has signed a multi-territory all rightsagreement with film studio Summit Entertainment to exclusively distribute alltitles released by Summit for the UK and Canadian markets from the beginning of2008 until the end of 2010. Summit is one of the leading Hollywood film studios with a strong history of boxoffice hits including Mr & Mrs Smith, Memento and Step Up. It anticipatesreleasing 10-12 movies annually through this agreement. Entertainment One will distribute the motion pictures through all channelsincluding cinema, DVD, television and digital media. It will continue todistribute on a long term basis titles released by Summit in the three yearperiod covered by the agreement.
