Pochin's PLC01 June 2006 Pochin's Plc Disposal of Non Core Business The Board announces that on 31 May 2006 it completed the sale of certain of theassets and business of Pipeline Drillers Limited to its management team for thepayment in cash of £350,000, adjusting for stock and work in progress. Anexceptional charge of approximately £1 million will arise on disposal as aresult of writing down its carrying value.
