ITV PLC17 January 2006 ITV sells 021 Television Limited ITV plc today announces the sale of 021 Television Limited, its outsidebroadcast facilities business, to Gravity Media Group Limited, for a cashconsideration of £4.5 million. The sale represents a continuation of the successful disposal programme ofnon-core assets which has generated £281 million in cash in an 18-month periodsince July 2004. Ends.
