BAE Systems to sell US Commercial Armored Vehicles business

BAE Systems announces an agreement for the sale of its Commercial Armored Vehicles LLC business in West Chester, Ohio to The O'Gara Group, Inc. for cash consideration of $10 million.The Commercial Armored Vehicles business, which had sales in 2011 of $58 million, manufactures and integrates armour systems, including transparent armour, for military applications and commercial armoured vehicles.The proposed business sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2012.
