Disposal Update

UDG Healthcare plc ("the Company") can confirm that further to the announcements on 18 September 2015, 13 October 2015 and 4 March 2016, the Company has today completed the disposal of its United Drug Supply Chain and MASTA businesses to McKesson Corporation and Celesio Group.
