Trinity Mirror PLC11 August 2006 Trinity Mirror announces sale of hotgroup recruitment consultancy division Trinity Mirror, the UK's largest newspaper publisher, announces today that ithas agreed to sell the recruitment consultancy division of the hotgroup for£11.2m. The division comprises several recruitment consultancies operating in theeducation, retail, leisure, commercial and legal staff placement industries. Trinity Mirror acquired the hotgroup, including its portfolio ofindustry-leading online job sites, in October 2005. It is retaining the onlinedivision of the hotgroup and remains committed to strengthening and growing theonline recruitment activities of the business.
