Rank Group PLC05 March 2007 The Rank Group Plc - Completion of the sale of Hard Rock for US$965 million (approximately £502 million) Further to its announcement of 7 December 2006 and the approval of itsshareholders at the EGM on 8 January 2007, The Rank Group Plc confirms that ithas today completed the sale of its Hard Rock business to subsidiaries of theSeminole Tribe of Florida for US$965 million (approximately £502 million).
