Maltese Freehold Property Sale

C H Bailey Plc is pleased to announce that one of its overseas subsidiaries, St Georges Bay Hotel Limited, has completed the sale of a freehold property in Malta. The Property is a car park which forms part of the Groups' Malta Hotel complex and has been sold for Euros 592,174

The proceeds will be held by the Company in cash for the present time, before being re-invested into the business.
