ITV PLC11 February 2005 11 February 2005 ITV SELLS SUPERHIRE LTD ITV plc has completed the sale of Superhire Limited, a prop hire business,together with the freehold property it occupies, for a cash consideration of£8.2 million which will be used to further reduce ITV's borrowings. Thepurchaser is Space Holdings Limited, a privately owned company. The salerepresents a further stage in ITV's disposal programme of non-core assets. ITV has now raised more than £268 million from the sale of non-core businessesand assets in the last 6 months.
